It’s a charming little place with comfortable rooms and strong water pressure. The building is newly renovated so everything was clean and modern. They have an excellent restaurant with patio seating and breakfast is complimentary for guests. The menu selection was very good and included all the traditional Scottish fair. The best part for us was the staff. They were all super friendly and gave guest comfort the highest priority.

Warm rooms with very comfortable beds, everything was perfectly clean. The properties had everything we needed, including dishwashers, washing machine, cooking equipments and TV with Sky and streaming services. One of the apartments had and amazing mirror with Bluetooth, so we could listen to music while we bathed. Chinese food and a fish and chips estabilishments jsut around the corner. Kind and helpful owner.

We had such a wonderful stay, when we arrived the hosts had lit a fire for us and everything was even more lovely than the photos! They’d left us a range of biscuits, and plenty tea/coffee etc The bed was like a hotel with a lovely arranged blanket and chocolates. Everything was so clean and the owners went above and beyond to meet our needs - they even provided a cosy dog bed which our dogs loved!! Gorgeous views of the horses. Fire pit outside. We could go on and on about how great it is!

Our host Debbie is very friendly and she welcomed us very heartily. The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was so great. Everything was special made for everyone. Just how every person liked it. We had a car and it was just a small ride to Sterling and the direct way to the airport. Perfect place to stay.
