The hotel is perfectly located, very convenient, and surrounded by loads of places to eat although most open in the evening. Our rooms were fab on both occasions, the breakfast was amazing, fresh and great quality, this felt like a proper french breakfast. The staff were great, we opted to park in the underground car park and paid 10 euro for each night but we could have also parked outside the hotel quite easily as there is ample space on the side too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back and possibly stay longer too. It was the perfect stop after a 10hr drive from Lichfield, England.

During winter, a free shuttle can take you to the nearest ski slopes. The thermal centre is just 200 metres away. The location is very central and easy to walk around the town. The staff was so very pleasant and helpful! They helped get us dinner reservations during the busy Ascension holiday weekend. Wonderful breakfast in the spacious downstairs. ample parking on the grounds. No elevator, but an easy climb up the wide spiral staircase, plus, we were helped with the luggage on arrival. The garden was lovely to lounge in. Our room was spacious and delightfully decorated.
