Required a few extra km of steep uphill walking to get to (after passing through Redondela), but provided a gorgeous respite for the night & meant that we started out directly on a lovely forested (not uphill!) path the next morning! Very nice community spaces with a beautiful well-appointed kitchen for cooking; also offered a great variety of very reasonably-priced snacks & drinks, with a really nice eating room overlooking the garden. Room was spotless with really nice shower & comfy beds. Enjoyed an evening glass of wine & bocadillo at the equally beautiful old tavern next door. Very welcoming & friendly host who had the pellet stove roaring with a rocking chair set up for my mum to enjoy :)
