Spread over 2 floors, all apartments have a balcony with garden views. There is a living room with a sofa bed, safe and TV. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer, and the kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave. We went for a mini break and knew the location very well so it was ideal for us. It exceed my expectation- Rosmar was lovely , very modern & clean, poolside was lovely and Nicola in the cafe was fabulous, even told us about some lovely restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and we will return.

This hotel includes a snack-bar and a buffet restaurant with a variety of regional, national and international dishes. I really enjoyed my stay here from multiple points of view: location, staff, facilities, etc. It happened to be my birthday while I stayed here and they made my day even better. If I'll return to Lanzarote, I'd book it again.

Excellent location, easy to walk to anything in the downtown area, plenty of restaurants around. If you have a car, the built-in garage is a huge bonus as it it can be tricky to find parking otherwise. Well worth the little extra you need to pay.
