By mistake I left a beloved object on the bed which was taken along with the sheets that were to be washed. The people at the reception managed to contact the cleaning company in time and retrieve it. The hotel is very close to the Universitat metro station, which is extremely helpful. The service in the restaurant was impeccable. I highly recommend Antiga Casa Buenavista. :)

It’s in a great location too—right in Olot, with easy access to local restaurants and just a short ride to some fantastic routes in the surrounding area. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well looked after. It’s that kind of service that really makes a stay memorable :) Highly recommended, especially if you’re travelling with your bike!

The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Ideal location - close to all main attractions, yet far enough from the overly touristy areas. The facilities, especially the inside pool and rooftop were fantastic. Reservations at the SPA ensure it doesn't get crowded. I would highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
