All staff are 10/10, they are so helpful and they are really doing their best to make you feel welcome and provide you all you may need during your stay. I have to mention mr Haytham from front office which number i got when we booked our stay and our entire 12 days that we spent there he was link with hotel and he was there for all our questions and requests. He even upgraded our room for free, which by the way we didn’t ask for but anyway he gave us one of the best rooms with most amazing view and location in resort. When we booked our stay i was really shocked by the rating they have on both booking and google, but after these 12 days all is clear and we will definitely come back in close future. The resort really blew me away! We had such an amazing time and the experience was truly exceptional. The food, service, pools and entertainment were all great. The dive center on site made it so convenient and we really enjoyed our instructor. If you're not into diving they also have really great snorkeling on the property where you can see a diverse amount of fish and coral. I highly recommend this resort if you want to relax and spend a few days diving. We really felt like the resort had so much to offer and will be back again soon. They also went above and beyond at every meal for us and helped celebrate my birthday.

It’s brand new and the rooms are so spacious and bright with big windows. The stuff is so welcoming, our host from a reception Mahmoud Hefny is the reason we would come back again. The food is also a highlight, the chef is incredibly nice and the food options every night are astonishing. Fish, vegetarian, meat options, the buffet is plentiful and every day we are so excited to eat.

Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.
