Firstly, the location had a perfect view of the pyramids from the roof and was relatively close to everything. Secondly, the hotel staff was some of the friendliest I have ever come across traveling anywhere in the world. Hossam and Nour were amazing hosts, showing me endless hospitality. My drivers, Mohammed and Belal, were also amazing and got me anywhere I needed to go.

I'm incredibly grateful for the wonderful and hospitable reception I received upon arrival, complete with a comforting cup of tea, thanks to Doaa! Unlike previous experiences at other hotels/hostels in Egypt, I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and integrity demonstrated here. There were no attempts to overcharge or manipulate with hidden fees or excuses. Payment can be made upon arrival, in dollars/Euros or Egyptian pounds, either in cash or by Visa. They strive to accommodate the client as much as possible. It was truly refreshing to encounter such transparency and fairness. Tea and coffee are available all day, and the breakfast was very good. I received a towel free of charge, and there's a nice common area where you can meet and discuss with people from all nationalities. The room and bathroom were very clean. If you have an issue with the internet, they fix it promptly. Everything is in working order, and if not, they repair it right away. It is in a great location, downtown and close to everything. You can leave your luggage and/or stay in the common area if your flight is late at night. Thank you for setting such a high standard of service! I wanted to come back, but it was fully booked, and then they had to temporarily close as they were undergoing a government audit, like many hostels in Cairo right now. I look forward to coming back again in the future. I usually don’t take the time to write a review, but here I had to because thanks to them, it changed my perception of Egypt. Cleanliness: Impeccable! Every space — from the lobby to the room — was spotless. The fresh scent and perfectly arranged rooms made it feel like I was the first guest to ever stay there. Dining: The food was a culinary masterpiece. Each dish was a work of art, bursting with flavor. Breakfasts were delightful, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. Comfort: The room was a sanctuary. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the modern amenities made everything feel luxurious. The view from the window was breathtaking and a perfect way to start the day. Location: Perfectly situated for both relaxation and exploration. Everything I needed was either within walking distance or a short ride away. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel boasts 295 guest rooms and suites with luxurious decoration items and in-room amenities. This landmark hotel is an ideal location for business trips and social events, offering a variety of culinary outlets, a swimming pool, gym and banqueting facilities. It’s not clear why this is only a 4 star hotel as it certainly had a 5 star feel and service. Outstanding staff, often asking for feedback about their service, very comfortable rooms and beds, outstanding breakfast buffet, the best we have seen. Room service excellent with very generous portions that we could not finish, and reasonably priced laundry service. Highly recommend for a stay in Cairo

JAZ Pyramids Resort is a quiet garden resort built on 48,000 sqm of gardens in the heart of Giza Egypt, located 3 minutes away from the Grand Egyptian Museum, 5 minutes away from The Pyramids and Sphinx of Giza. The resort is close to Sheikh Zayed City which is one of the most popular shopping centers and recreational centers of Giza. The location is very good for Giza tourist spots. Everthing is on th egrond floor. Good all round.
