The internet connection is pretty decent (50/70 Mbps), which I needed for work. The staff is very kind and attentive. The entire hotel is nicely designed we really enjoyed it.

Breakfast offered an extensive choice, was delicious, and was offered for an extended period for those who needed an early start--to those who wanted to sleep in! The staff, (mostly Argentinian) were exceptional. Their weren't many people staying at the Lodge, but they still went out of their way to light us a bonfire, and were helpful getting us bicycles for the Ruta de Las Cascadas, and to help us with many other questions. Great crew!

Perfect destination for nature and simplicity lovers. If you travel by motorbike, there's space to park it and they accept dogs. There's hammocks, shared kitchen, grass to lay on and run and on clear days - view on the nearby volcano! They offer 2 types of breakfast for extra charge as well as Argentinian empanadas. The area is safe. Miriam, the place owner, is pure love, creating a community atmosphere and making sure you're well and happy. The place is not perfect but even if there's an issue, she's always ready to fix it.

The hostal is very close to the bus terminal, which is very convenient. The room was clean. Towels, soap, and shampoo were also provided for free. The owners of the hostal are very helpful and we booked 3 tours with them. They gave us a lot of information. There is also a billiard / pool table on the top floor, and guests can play for free. Drinking water and coffee were also available in the kitchen. We highly recommend this hostal.

The Casa Verde Eco Guest House offers a solarium with views of the mountains and the Pastaza River just a few minutes from Baños. Buffet breakfast is included. This is the second time we stay here and we love it. Nice place, clean and very attentive staff.
