The owners (Julio and his family) were very accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. The property has a beautiful lawn, the rooms were clean, showers were hot, daily housekeeping available, and cute dogs! A nice and quiet property only 15 minutes walk from the center of Banos

The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. I loved the location, price, bed, room and most importantly, the staff. Exceptional! I liked that water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available. And the owner took time to explain activities in Banos with cool tips. The price cannot be topped. I was also given the choice to change rooms to have a bottom bunk wiht no hassle.
