I loved everything about it. So clean, big, and incredible staff right in the centre of Otavalo next to an incredible bakery where I had fresh bread daily. The courtyard was amazing, filled with beautiful art, windows, arches. There was a rooftop bar with a view. The rooms were very comfortable. We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were very good.
