Shops, snacks bars, cafe, restaurants, pharmacy - this all is just nearby. The contact with the staff is excellent.

Strong points Personnel attitude. All of them eager to help and provide 5 stars services! Special mention for Lucie that was very supportive and gave us good hints! Spa area - not very crowded and quite keeping in mind the specific of the hotel-adults only. Food and restaurant atmosphere - extraordinary, deserving the 5 stars 🤩 Weak points - a liitle bit farway of Karlovy Vary and with nothing to do around. At the end weak points could be an advantage to have a quite and relaxing holidays. All the best!

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary.

Hotel Ontario has a camera-guarded private car park right next to the hotel building. Had the room for 4 persons, was more than big enough, with a great view. Staff was really helpful & kind.

Spa & Wellness Hotel Olympia is situated in the spa centre of Mariánské Lázně, in close proximity to the forests, spa parks and healing mineral springs. A park with a colonnade and the Singing Fountain is just a 5-minute walk away. Everything! It was exactly what I wanted, a clean, quiet hotel with good facilities. The staff were all very professional and friendly too. Excellent value for money, having the pool and sauna was a real bonus. I had two massages in the spa and they were both very good. There was a nice atmosphere in the hotel, the other guests were friendly and polite, which is important for me travelling solo. It is also in a good location, quiet but near the Singing Fountain and the Collonade.
