We had a delay from 6 hours, but that was not a problem. We got the pincode for a check-in. The room (Patio) was very comfortable, good bed and hot shower! The breakfast was amazing; very good and all very tasty!

It had all the electrical appliances I needed. There is a grocery complex nearby. Transportation or other needs are easily provided. The staff is attentive and helpful. It is in a location where there is no noise at night. There is a vending machine inside, which can be a savior at night. It had everything I needed. I give full points.

We loved everything about our stay. Check-in was painless and safe. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the big pillows are not my favourite, my pet peeve in some European Hotels. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this Hotel for a fun stay.

The hotel is really nice and quiet although it is located near the Winning Group Arena where a lot is going on. We got two rooms side by side on the 9th out of 15 floor facing the west side (without rails) with a nice view of the castle. During the three nights we hardly heard anyone in spite of quite a full occupancy. The air-conditioning worked properly with those crazily high outside temepratures. The breakfast was nice, with a good range of products and available free tables. All the staff were nice and skillfull, with a good knowledge of English. We had no problem with the parking. It is not far from the city centre and there is a convenient walk path along the river behind the hotel for dogs. Highly recommended!
