Everything in this hotel is top! It's brand new and it's clean. The furniture in the lobby and bar is so vintage, yet cozy. The rooms are spacious with big balconies. The breakfast buffet has everything you could wish for, so many choices. And the pool and spa area is enormous. With 13 jacuzzis, 5 saunas and a kids aqua play, there is enough to do for everyone. The playground has monkey bars, slides and even PlayStations.

The hotel is absolutely great. I have enjoyed my stay there and will for sure come back. I liked the fact that even if the weather is not perfect for a walk you can spend your day at the hotel SPA area were saunas and pool are amazing. It is very spacious. Highly recommended ! Especially if you like hiking.

It was MAGICAL! Everything matched and promised a great vacation! Despite the cloudy weather outside, we felt cozy and comfortable in the room! It was clean, stylish, equipped with everything you need! At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!
