The check-in and check-out process is well-organized, and the staff welcome every guest with exceptional warmth and kindness. The soundproofing is adequate, better than in many other hotels. The room was clean, with the only issue being a problem with the water drainage system in the bathroom. There was a kettle provided along with tea bags, coffee, sugar, and a bottle of water. I stayed for just one night, but I wished I could have stayed longer.
