The property offers allergy-free units and is set 2 km from  Monte Curral. For me the location was great: outside of center Espargos means no noises at all, super quiet and relaxing neighbourhood. Minimarket was 5 min walking away, nice and cheap restaurant 3 min. I even walked to the airport which was around 40min. The bus station for the collectivos to Santa Maria (scooter rental) is 20min walking. The room and the house is superclean, modern, and the owner is really friendly, and nearly always available via booking or WhatsApp. He speaks Portugese, Englisch, spanish and french... He has mountain bikes for rent (just 7km to the Salinas), and in the near future also scooter. The room is big with a big bed and a comfy matrace. There is a table and chairs. Also there are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom looks / is new and has a shower with hot water. The WiFi works great. I loved staying here! Definitely recommend this place!

I loved this apartment and with I could have stayed longer! The hosts are so friendly and helpful, arranging everything for me and even taking the time to walk me to the colectivo station so I could get a cheaper ride back to the airport than possible with a taxi. The apartment itself has everything you need and there is a great grocery store around the corner, plus countless good restaurants and coffee shops in east walking distance. You get all the benefit of Santa Maria’s amenities without feeling cloistered in a resort.

This bed and breakfast provides air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Outdoor seating is also available at the bed and breakfast. We were staying at Lafayette Alojamentos for a few days, and really enjoyed our stay there! The place really felt like a home for us: there was really clean, breakfasts were amazing, and the staff was really warm and kind. Special thanks to Candida (the hostess), who helped us to plan our holiday to be one of a kind!

The service and attention that you as a customer receive every day is great🤩. I stayed in room 2 (for me one of the nicest room)😌. The room was large, with good working air conditioning and a beautiful view of the popular square and main street.The servers were friendly one by one and want to do everything for you "NO STRESS". And every evening there is live music downstairs in the restaurant with good music. You dance💃🏾 until you can't feel your feet anymore (haha). For your safety, a security guard is present every night and after an evening out he will bring you safely to the entrance so that you can safely return to your room. Breakfast ,lunch and diner: Every morning I could choose between 3 different breakfast menus (American🥓, Cape Verde🫘 and Mediterranean🍅). All three were tasty and you get a lot! You can also enjoy a delicious meal there (lunch and dinner). Try their burger🍔 (one of the tastiest burgers in Cabo Verde!)🤌🏽.  The beach and the famous pier are a 3-minute walk from the hotel! All famous cafes and restaurants are a 5 or 6 minute walk from the hotel. If you want to save money, book all activities through Dorry, which will save you 10 to 20 euros per excursion. And you can also arrange your transport to and from the airport through Dorry. Ocean Suites is for me the best hotel in Santa Maria! Adilson makes the best coffee☕️ for you in the morning. Janete serves you with her beautiful smile in the evening 😍(She has the most beautiful curls I had ever seen) And Flavio teaches you the coolest dance moves every evening💃🏾.
