Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Fabricio at reception, who was without a doubt the best receptionist we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, helping with everything from local tips to making sure our needs were met. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Free parking is provided at the hotel. Great location in La Fortuna. Pool and breakfasts were great and the access to the thermal pools we had as part of our booking were an amazing bonus.

They made our stay extra special by bringing treats to celebrate my mom’s birthday and Mother’s Day. We so much appreciate all the kindness and these sweet little gestures.

Villas have a kitchenette and lounge. The standard and superior rooms are set in different areas of the property. Staff were all fantastic. I asked to be seated at the edge of the patio so I could watch the birds at breakfast, and already by the second day they said "ah si, por los pajaritos!" Room was incredible, huge and exceeded my expectations. I loved sitting on the terrace and watching the wildlife. Tons of coatis and birds. The hot springs were fantastic. Loved the towel system, you just need to ask and you can exchange for a fresh towel or a card at any time.
