Incredibly friendly staff, from the reception to the restaurant all of them were super gentle. I love that the place has an open small gym on the 4th floor with a nice view, business rooms and other facilities. Also, the place is located in a quiet street next to the main boulevard, the rooms are okay for a short stay and the cleaning staff is amazing too. I'll definitely book again every time I have a business trip to Cali, oh and the coffee in the breakfast one of the best I've had in Colombia!

The staff is lovely and helpful and the hotel is an old world dream. The food was delicious. They even arranged entertainment in the courtyard which made for a lot of fun and a cultural experience without even leaving the hotel.

Lots of space woth beautiful decor and a huge shower and double bed. Super quiet and a perfect location to explore San Antonio. Valentina was so welcoming, lovely and helpful. There is a beautiful garden patio downstairs too :)
