The location was great - super close to metro and walking distance to lake. The hotel itself was a really fun modern design with bonus roof terrace overlooking town. We can’t put into words how well we were taken care of. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was perfectly arranged. She even gave me a small gift for Women’s Day. It truly warms my heart that someone with such passion and love wants to pamper us. She makes the entire breakfast herself—super fresh and absolutely delicious. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, we could only stay for one night, but we hope to return soon. It was simply fantastic!

We were given a free upgrade upon arrival. The location was ideal for people who visit Lingyin temple, just a few minutes by walk to the ticket office. The Lingyin area is so green that one feels close to nature. One of our rooms has a spacious balcony with open view for the green hills around the village. The other room has artful wooden interior design, a blend of traditional and modern style. Found interesting Chinese paintings (copies) from Laoshu and we liked the traditional furnitures in the hotel. There's a lovely quiet yard with a big sweet osmanthus tree, a traditional moon gate and lion stone statues.

Clean, comfortable and in a good location. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets had a lot of choice and the quality of the food was excellent. Customer service from all the staff was excellent! A special mention to Sissi who was very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful during our whole stay.
