Oustanding location, beatiful place, great breakfast, very good restaurant, cleanliness and everything was great. I've been lucky to had the chance to be in a lot of hotels around the world, with great or similar facilities as this one, but the difference in this place is made by the persons who works there, everyone is comitted to do their job and make your stay as easy as possible, and this excellence in service makes the difference among other hotels. Big thanks to Juliya, Vivi, Emma, Blair, Joey and everyone else, you all made our stay in Chengdu great. I will no hesitate to book this hotel on my next time Chengu, because soon or later I will be back there.

Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations. Sometimes the pictures online look better than real life, but let me tell you—the photos are EXACTLY what the rooms look like, if not better. My room was GIGANTIC… honestly a bit insane, but it was incredible. Totally recommend. Breakfast was very good as well! The staff are helpful, and the cleaning staff are so kind and accommodating.
