Belle and Kimberly were always ready to help with accurate information and were exceptionally kind. Frank was also very helpful at all times. The stay was absolutely worth it!

My room was GIGANTIC… honestly a bit insane, but it was incredible. Totally recommend. Breakfast was very good as well! The staff are helpful, and the cleaning staff are so kind and accommodating.

The room is very clean, very comfy and tastefully designed. The staffs were very helpful and kind, and helped us sorted out some issues with the bathtub, and were so attentive. Free bottled water and bevs inside the room are all inclusive. Good breakfast too.

The property is around 1 km from Kuanzhai Ancient Street, 2.3 km from Wenshu Monastery and 3 km from Chengdu International Exhibition Centre. The hotel has family rooms. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)
