A big thank to the manager, Joanna, which helped us a lot booking tickests to all the attractions we wanted to see and assist us during our stay.

Friendly staff who explained the activities and what to see in the area. Nice, clean rooms in a central but quiet location. They even sent my adapter straight away to my next destination which was very kind. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect! The location is excellent, 10 min walk from one of the park gates. Will is a fantastic hotel manager, he helps you to organise the tours and make your itinerary, nothing is too big or small for him to help you with. The hotel is super clean, the room was very spacious and the huge bathtub was my favorite! Would definately recommend this place!!

We were super impressed with this hotel. Was approx 30min walk from East Gate passing many nice places to eat and get massages. Google maps is wrong and led us into the local housing area but we asked a lovely lady who walked us to the hotel reception where we met the 2 receptionist Xiao Song (limited english but great on translate app) and Xiao Long (great english) were very friendly and helpful. Offered to book activities, advice on didi's and general information. Bailu lu street is just up the road and has street food carts after 6pm, the oysters were our favorite. The rooms are nice and big, I found the beds comfy, separateshower, good pressure too. Wifi wasn't the greatest but it didn't matter. Free coffee at reception, breakfast included (basic yet perfect)and free use of there washing machines. Room was serviced daily. I had an issue with the didi driver adding on extra charges and they helped me dispute the charge of which it was handled professionally with customer services. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

A recently renovated homestay situated in Fenghuang, Fenghuang Ancient Town Lazy Cat Riverside Inn features a terrace. With mountain views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Comfortable and clean room with everything that you need. Owner is a really kind person, we even got a small treat at the end of our stay. Definitely would stay again.

Great location, right on a food street and right near the Tianmen Mountain cable car. There is a lot around there, especially bars and restaurants, and the staff at the hotel were extremely kind and spoke fantastic English. Arguably the best part was that there was a fantastic cat who lived right outside and wanted lots of rubs and attention!

We never regretted booking with Dream in Fenghuang and we would definitely come back again. What we loved the most was the hospitality of the owner. Since we were all girls he kindly upgraded us to their best room without any additional fee 😊. Everything was well arranged from pick-up to drop-off at the train station. Because our train the next day was very early around 6 am he even packed eggs and fruits for us to take as breakfast. The location is also great just a few steps away from the busy and lively party side of the river. Overall I highly recommend this family hotel.
