I was fortunate enough to have a room with a stunning city view, which added an extra touch of magic to my stay. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight was truly a highlight of my trip. One aspect that truly stood out to me was the exceptional quality of the restaurant. The food served was of the highest standard, and every meal was a culinary delight. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the establishment's talented chefs. I would be remiss if I did not mention the outstanding assistance I received from two particular staff members, Tracy and Annie. Their professionalism and attentiveness were exemplary, especially considering my limited understanding of the Chinese language and my unfamiliarity with the city. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable during my stay, providing valuable insights and recommendations that greatly enriched my experience. Located on an island in the center of the city, yet very calm and relaxed. The interior is beautiful and modern. Great breakfast buffet serving Chinese food. The staff was very helpful throughout my stay with all enqueries.

Upon arrival, we had thought we lost our bag in the taxi, and we contacted the staff. Galen, a young staff, persistently tried to help us out. He even agreed to help us call a taxi driver to see if the bag was in the taxi. He was very empathetic, and he was very candid about where he thinks the bag was. So, without giving up, we contacted a taxi driver, and we were able to actually retrieve the bag in the trunk, despite what the taxi driver had said initially. Because of Galen, it made the rest of us stay a lot more memorable. He even went out of his way to be personable as well, and this is the kind of experience we look for in a high-end hotel. A personalized help. And because of this experience, we look forward to coming back and staying at this hotel in the future.
