Staff is extremely polite and the room was alway clean after the service. Food is good and the room service is pretty fast. Elevators were fast as well, so you don't have to wait for too long. I'll definitely go to that hotel again.

It is located in a quiet little square, close to all the points of interest in Providencia, a 10 min walk from the Los Leones metro station. The cleanliness is impeccable, there is a 24 hour reception desk, the gate is locked all the time giving a feeling of security. The apartment is spacious, with a comfortable bed, a friendly living room and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff and the manager Luciano are all professional, friendly and gave me support in everything I needed. If I return to santiago I will definitely make the same choice for accommodation.

The staff at Reception were friendly, efficient and helpful. Quick check-in and check-out. The Room Service was excellent, thank you. The Pullman is in a great location. Hector very friendly and helpful with bags etc. The Airport transfers arranged through the Pullman were very good - friendly and courteous drivers. Restaurant and bar staff were very good. Food very tasty.

The staff was amazingly nice. When I arrived, I got a long and full explanation of the different neighborhoods around the hostal as well as many personalized recommandations. The room was comfortable and warm. The location is amazing, with the coolest barrios around the corner and the metro steps away. Breakfast is good as well.
