The accommodation features a shared kitchen, a shared lounge and currency exchange for guests. First the facility is excellent. It's brand new and well thought and build. They even have outdoor hot tub and sauna. They also have a kitchen. The room is clean, specious and very comfortable. Location is great, it's not in the middle of the town which would avoid noise but close enough to reach supermarket and many restaurants by foot. Nevertheless, the best part is the staff there. Philipe is knowledgeable, courteous and happy to help out. Best of all, Philipe could communicate in fluent English which really helped me in every direction. I really appreciate that.

We have stayed in Coyhaique several times and this is far the best for value for money.
