Tucked away on the back road but super close to all that we needed. Last minute, we requested an extra night’s stay and the staff were so accomodating and helpful in making this happen. Staff were fast to respond and made us feel incredibly welcome. We will be booking Atupa Suites on our next Rarotonga stay.

Comfy bed, well eqiopped kitchenette, seating / dining area, bathroom and balcony. The. Affectionate cats, chickens and goats all add to the pleasure of staying here. There’s a shop and decent burger joint at the end of the road and Muri beach is walkable. We rented a scooter and were able to travel all around the Island. Jo and Odette host an excellent communal breakfast for the residents every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and deliver little goodies the other days, fresh croissants, donuts, fruit etc. Really can’t praise it too highly, the whole set up has a lovely, relaxed ambience.
