The apartment features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. We absolutely loved the private and homelike feel. Tucked away on the back road but super close to all that we needed. Last minute, we requested an extra night’s stay and the staff were so accomodating and helpful in making this happen. Staff were fast to respond and made us feel incredibly welcome. We will be booking Atupa Suites on our next Rarotonga stay.

Jo and Odette are fantastic hosts. The accommodation is simple but very comfortable and has all the facilities we needed. Comfy bed, well eqiopped kitchenette, seating / dining area, bathroom and balcony. The. Affectionate cats, chickens and goats all add to the pleasure of staying here. There’s a shop and decent burger joint at the end of the road and Muri beach is walkable. We rented a scooter and were able to travel all around the Island. Jo and Odette host an excellent communal breakfast for the residents every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday and deliver little goodies the other days, fresh croissants, donuts, fruit etc. Really can’t praise it too highly, the whole set up has a lovely, relaxed ambience.

Beautiful accommodation, best beach, great communication with the owners who helped with everything.

We were so happy we found it. The owner was waiting for us in late hours, showed us everything and even gave us some fruit from their garden, very lovely. It's very private place, basically noone can see you, very quiet. Nice terrace just outside the door, where we sat every evening. Bed was also very comfortable, there was AC if you need. Good location, close to night markets and nice beaches. Thank you so much for having us 🙏

Rooms at the property feature a kitchen, microwave and toaster. A fridge and stove top are also offered, as well as a kettle. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are available. Location is great and staff very friendly and accommodating. The personnel went out of their way to make sure I would have a great experience. I checked out at 10am and could use the facilities until my departure a few minutes before 3pm. I was issued a free beach towel and could shower prior to my departure. A very nice experience!!!

Set in tropical grounds, Kia Orana Villas and Spa is located in Atupa village in Rarotonga. Guests have access to a breakfast cafe, day spa, salt water swimming pool and 3 spa pools. Free private parking is available on site. The property was based inland but still walking distance to the main township and other small stores and takeaway shops. The property is in an area which was private and quite perfect to relax and enjoy.
