Comfortable beds (the sofa is also comfortable for sleeping if you are a family of 4). 2 TVs in both rooms. Kitchen equipped with all you need for having a good dinner. Modern luxury equipment of the bathroom. Small balkony with a view to an inner green yard. 15-20 min walk to the center. 5-20 min walk to the park along the lake. Great location.
