Everything was perfect. such an unbelievable experience for families and couples. Extremely welcoming staff and great facilities.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 6 km from Lion Monument. Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

The breakfast was a great start to the day and perfectly located to visit Grindelwald, Interlaken, Zurich, Bern, and Luzern. Highly recommended to anyone with travel plans in that area.
