The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne). Everything! The atmosphere, the views, the service — it’s all exceptional. This was actually my second time staying here, and I loved it even more. Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 6 km from Lion Monument. Staff at reception were so kind and welcoming. They were also answering my messages prior my arrival very fast, i was able to receive my Luzern visitor card for free transportation right on time. The room was spacious and very clean. I loved having the Coffee machine in the room. Hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop.

The location was superb, and the scenery was absolutely magnificent. The Owner and Staff were amazing and made us feel at home immediately. The breakfast was a great start to the day and perfectly located to visit Grindelwald, Interlaken, Zurich, Bern, and Luzern. Highly recommended to anyone with travel plans in that area.
