The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne). Everything was perfect. Staffs were super friendly, breakfast was delicious and the Spa was awesome. Definitely worth the money. We had high expectations given how nice the pictures online look and it looks even better in person.

The breakfast was very nice. We did not try the restaurant in the evening but from the look of it I expect it would have been very nice. It feels like the restaurant is the main business of the place. It was very nice to have parking just across the street. They also have a charger where we could have charged our Tesla, but we had enough battery so we've chosen not to. They've also had free electric scooters that the guests could use, but in our case it was not possible since it was a bit rainy and was not the best weather for scooters.
