The Bürgenstock Hotel is located on the piazza, at the heart of the Bürgenstock Resort, next to the Bürgenstock funicular, which takes you down to the shipping pier (connections to Lucerne). The room was very clean and the staff was spot-on, they did everything to let us enjoy our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, everything is gourmet food. Spa was incredible, including the infinity pool.

The outdoor swimming pool with an amazing view was a bonus. The bus 24 stops right outside the hotel so there's no stress about reaching the hotel. The breakfast service was quick; and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel's restaurant la Pistache. Thanks to Hotel Balm for making our stay memorable.

We arrived late, so we used the self-check-in option. There was free parking on site. Breakfast was served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. It included everything you need for such a small and cozy hotel
