There was a bit of dust in some areas – maybe the apartment hadn’t been used since winter – but towels and linens were fresh and clean. 🚗 Parking is available, but it’s paid. Getting from the parking lot to the room was a bit confusing – we had to switch between three elevators – but you do receive a map with instructions, so don’t worry too much. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 There’s a small play area for kids with a lovely terrace where parents can relax and enjoy the view. It could use a few more games or toys to make it more engaging. 👀 Our room didn’t have a direct view, but that wasn’t a problem – the terrace offers amazing scenery, and even the walk from the parking lot gives you incredible views. 🤝 The staff was polite and helpful, though not particularly warm – they could be a bit friendlier. 💸 Overall, the value for money was very good, and I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful mountain escape with all the basics covered.

Our room was on the backside and although the place seemed busy in the lobby our room was quiet. We decided to have dinner at DaVinchi. The staff accommodated us and we ate in the common area. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

Everything! The room was very nice and cosy, clean and with a big balcony., We had dinner twice in the restaurant, and both times we were really satisfied. The view was very beautiful, with the Alps just in front. The breakfast, amazing, all fresh products, and including a fantastic tiramisù. Last but not the least, the staff, probably the best thing about the hotel. Everyone is very friendly, professional and at the same time easy going attitude, always helpful and ready to give advice and super customer oriented. This is probably one of the best hotels I have ever been.
