The rooms, bed linens, bathroom, and toilets are very clean. Each bed has a light and a socket. The hostel is modern and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Also, the view from the window was great !

Sitting on our balcony watching the moon rise over the mountains was a highlight of our trip. The staff were so friendly and they let us borrow a converter for our charger. Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. Modern guestrooms are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics; all include satellite televisions and balconies and free WiFi. Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

Hotel Brienzersee has the excellent location overseeing the lake. View from the hotel is exceptional and stunning. We stayed at the room facing the lake and the view was breathtaking. The Host Carmen was very warm and pleasant and welcoming. The breakfast spread was wide with choice selection of the various fruits and cheeses. I highly recommend this place in Interlaken Although it is a few km away from Interlake Ost station in Ringenberg, the hotel provides free bus passes to Interlaken Ost which was a very useful and thoughtful. I would certainly stay here again in my next visit to Interlaken
