Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Room is clean and comfort to sleep. Hotel provides mineral water too. Breakfast is fine, not too much choices but enough.

You dont have to carry your ski to the bus going to your hotel. You can just go up to your room and leave them there. If you have kids, you can just sit down in one of the lounge chairs provided while watching them or you can have a drink or two in the bar of Hotel Bodmi. The rooms are nice and the view from the room is perfect! Will not get tired of waking up in the morning with the view in the balcony! The staff are so friendly! They know you and they are very warm and you can feel that they are really happy having you as a guest. I cant wait to go back to Hotel Bodmi!!

Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. The view! Fantastic view. The friendly and helpful staff. The yummy breakfast. Do get a guest card from the reception to get a discount for trummelbach falls. They have a picnic room if you want to eat your cup noodles or stuff from the supermarket.

The Silberhorn Hotel in Lauterbrunnen is situated off the main street, only 150 metres from the train station, providing access to the skiing and hiking areas. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is available. I stayed in room 23 on the night of 11–12 September. The hotel was very clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen, and just a short walk from the train station. The highlight was the balcony of room 23 – the view of the valley and waterfalls was absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast was also excellent with a nice variety.
