The location is centrally positioned, providing excellent access to nearby villages and hiking activities. The room quality, food, staff, and the hotel’s aesthetic were all impeccable. The underground parking was a nice bonus. The hotel kitchen was delightful. 10/10. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again. We already miss it!

Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. It is located 600 metres from the Lauterbrunnen station and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi. The place is extraordinary. In the heart of the valley. Although we booked a smaller room, Adam upgrade us with a better room. Everything was perfect. The room, it was clean, the view from tje balcony breathtaking and the brekfast also perfect. Adam was very kind and helpful. We had also parking in the property, very important if you are travelling by car. For sure we will choose it again and we totally recommend it to everyone!
