We stayed here during our honeymoon and the staff, especially Amy was absolutely amazing. We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. Thanks to the awesome staff for making our stay in your resort so special.

The Victoria Clipper is 2 km away. Clean and comfortable, delicious complimentary breakfast and evening soups. The staff were lovely. The Christmas decor felt very festive!

Easy parking (parkade with gate) and most importantly - pet-friendly! There was even a little bag of pet treats provided :)

The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Camosun College. Julia was very welcoming and there were lemon cakes as arrival present. She went above and beyond by giving us the old child seat of her son as a present so we did not need to buy a new one ourselves.

We had to book this accommodation late because a previous booking cancelled two days before. They did us a big favour because we certainly ended up in a better location. This is a suite in a private house and the host, Yelen, was very welcoming. We had a car so we could get to anywhere we needed to go. Lots of deer on the footpath each day. We had a beautiful balcony that overlooked Nanaimo. Highly recommend.
