Nothing - maybe the location. Very old. Needs refurbishing. There was fresh loose tar in the parking lot which tracks into room. No air conditioning or even a fan, it was too hot to sleep. The door to the front desk are was looked at night - which is where the ice machine was… safety hazard. Only once have I have stayed in a place that was worse. The Included breakfast was handed to us at check in - a box of packets. Not worth $200!
