We just stayed before a flight from Recife airport. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, generous and welcoming. The room was spotless. They have a small pool which we didn't have time to make use of, unfortunately, and a cafe. It is in a super convenient location for the airport, just 5 mins drive away but still quiet.

This hotel has THE best shower I've ever seen in a hotel anywhere. It's really amazing. Breakfast was really good (didn't try lunch/dinner though). Nice parking with automatic gates, and the staff can park for you if you prefer. About location: if you're looking for a typical tourist hotel with a view, where you can safely walk to the beach and meet other tourists and locals jogging, biking, etc, this is not your hotel. I gave high marks for location because I was not looking for a beachfront hotel, and Caldinho do Nenem is a 3-minute walk, which almost justifies the stay by itself -- it's a wonderful experience. For any other things, I had a car ;)

Mar Hotel Conventions is located just 400 metres from Boa Viagem Beach and features three swimming pools set within landscaped gardens. Free WiFi is available. Everything went very well, the staff is very friendly and willing to help, particularly Gabriel.

Hotel Atlante Plaza is a luxury hotel situated in a prime location on Boa Viagem beach and is at a 7-minute drive from the city's main shopping centre. It boasts a rooftop pool, a sun terrace. Breakfast, was full of options and they even did eggs benedict when it wasn't the eggs benedict day. The room was super clean they we had a 2 persons bed and still another one on the side. Beds were super comfortable and all was super clean also in the bathroom. If you are not a huge ecologist, the bath tube was big enough for 2. Please go to the massage on the top and pay the 1h30 min relaxing, it is amazing. Location is perfect, you can always go for a walk during the day near the beach, the surroundings on the back of the hotel, I will not recommend to walk there alone, but I think nobody will point you a gun. There is a nice padaria if you are not willing to pay for breakfast.
