The goal of this trip was to relax and do nothing, and we did exactly that (well with a few amazing boat trips, jungle walks, and tons of snorkeling/swimming sprinkled in haha). Karien and Riann are excellent hosts, providing top-notch service to you throughout your stay. They are super kind and welcoming, also very helpful/flexible with booking and arranging things (e.g. boat trips and car transfers to/from the pousada). The Vila Pedra Mar team members are also very kind and helpful, making the stay extra comfortable such as tidying up the room every morning and evening. We appreciated everyone's amazing hospitality while we were there, always with warm smiles. The property is great with amazing snorkeling right off the dock! We saw many fishes and turtles just off their dock (and even stingrays on the boat trips to other beaches/islands). The walk to the fishing village is very short and easy (both Ponta da Barca and Frezza are nice restaurants to have lunch at, with Ponta da Barca being our favorite for the food and service). Both restaurants take credit/debit card. Riann's dinner service was delicious, a nice array of dishes (plenty of fresh seafood) and Karien's island-style eggs in the morning were always perfect. The bed is super comfy with the softest sheets and pillowcases. The a/c unit worked very well in the rooms. I also can't forget about their lovely cat, Nescau! He was such a relaxed and friendly kitty, living a great life on the island :) Overall, we had the best vacation here and hope to return one day!

The place itself is spectacular with a beautiful peer and beautiful nature (with lots of fishes and seaturtles nearby). The room was comfy and the food (we ate breakfast and dinner there) was very good. Thanks for the nice holiday. :)

Their tour desk can arrange boat or walking tours throughout the island. Mrs. Sofia was very helpful, she arranged everything perfectly. We were excited. We can only recommend it to everyone.

The property features sea and garden views. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Everything, we loved it all. The owners and staff are great people!

Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. everything about this place is incredible! starting from tatiana and her team. we were here during a few days of heavy rain and my partner fell ill and tatiana was always available and wanting to help and same as her team of incredible people. i really felt that we had people to turn to in a time of need. beyond that tatiana helped arrange anything i was unsure of- the journey all the way from rio to day trips and to day to day needs on the island. besides that- i felt like we won the lottery with the location. if you want the most authentic stay you can experience its this place right here. the beach is by your door step and the way into town is an experience in itself making it even more special. all in all one of the best places i’ve stayed at in brazil.

The pousada was very confortable and was well equiped. Breakfast had a big selection and we enjoyed the late afternoon coffee! Thank you for making our stay so pleasent.
