"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Freshly renovated rooms, with everything you need. Food was nice and you had many choices. Gondola was very close. It was quiet at night, you could maybe hear other people walking in the corridors, but that was ok.

Private parking and free WiFi are provided. A conference centre offers various opportunities for organizing business and personal events. Also, you can benefit from free access to the spa centre, featuring a 25-metre swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, a gym, thermal and relax zones. Amazing hotel right at the lifts and ski school. The hotel rooms and it's amenities are beyond expectations. The hotel has activities for adults and kids all day long and at evening as well. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and other services. The food was great too and the staff was super supporting and accommodating during our stay. Me and kids had a blast and can't wait to come back!

The manager was extremely kind and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was spotless. There is convenient parking available as well as reliable Wi‑Fi. I highly recommend this place.

I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

The accommodation provides spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. This is our second time using Semiramida Gardens. This time using their other apartment. All is as shown on the images. Great value for the money we pay. This review is done in summer times, so no idea on winter how things would be. It was super kind of the owner to prepare some crayons and drawing boards for our kid. there is a near by kids playground.

Apartments EMIZA provides spa facilities and wellness packages, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Samokov, 38 km from Park Vitosha. There is a private entrance at the apartment for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Very clean. Great rooms with everything we needed.
