This 4-star hotel is situated on a lush, green slope among Velingrad’s surrounding hills. It features a luxury spa with hydrotherapy and ayurvedic treatments and a Finnish sauna. The hotel is very nice. The rooms were extremely large, clean, with huge and well equipped bathroom. The people were very kind and helpful. The food was great. The massages at the SPA were also great.

We were alone so we had a large private dining room. Topics for improvement: The location of the drain in the shower is bad and illogical, right in front of the toilet. No internet. There is no air conditioning (we arrived on a cool day, so it was fine). Thanks to the view and the luxuries, it is highly recommended.

The menu was very rich. Staff was very friendly. SPA centre has various facilities and water was hot.
