A Wonderful Stay with Stunning Views We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of four (two adults and two children), and we absolutely loved it. This is truly one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel is located on an elevated spot, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, mountains, and forests. It’s also just a 15-minute drive from the lift to the Seven Rila Lakes, which was perfect for our hiking plans. The rooms were very cozy and clean, and the service during our stay was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfasts, which were included in the price, were standard but fitting for this type of hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel for our next trip to the area! Just for information (not as negatives): • There is no air conditioning. • The mattresses are on the softer side. • There is no elevator. • The spa is open from 8 AM to 8 PM.

"Park Hotel Ela", located in the picturesque resort of Borovets, is 50 metres from the gondola lift and offers luxurious amenities including a sauna, steam bath and massage treatments. Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. Excellent food, swimming pool & spa, bar.... Everything was perfect. Personal was very kind and helpful. Hotel should be 4 stars.

Comfortable cozy apartment with everything necessary for pleasure stay. Conveniente location, good communication with host.

Set in Borovets, within 47 km of Park Vitosha and 43 km of Gate of Trajan, The White Horse Apartments offers accommodation with ski-to-door access and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The accommodation has a sauna and a hot tub. Featuring a private entrance, the apartment allows guests to maintain their privacy. This place is an absolute gem. Our host George has been exceptional so far. He assisted us with directions before we arrived and met us with a smile to show us around the room and small spa facility which looks lovely, complete with jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom facilities and optional music. George also helped us out with ski hire from the shop next door, they provided a good price compared to other tourist trap ski hire shops. I would recommend not booking ski hire, etc online and speaking to your host at the apartments instead. He advised that we get the rechargeable ski pass which works out cheaper if you're here for a bit longer. He also gave us reccomendations for food and drink nearby and told us where to avoid. The room itself is lovely, massive windows let in loads of natural light. Comfortable bed. There's also a nice shared balcony overlooking the ski slopes, which brings me on to my next point. The location could not be any better, right across the road from the ski slopes with the ski hire shop right next door and countless food and drink spots within a stone's throw. There seem to be some negative reviews linked to the Google page for White Horse Apartments which are actually for a white horse restaurant which isn't operating anymore. Don't let it deter you. George was also telling us about the plans to further improve the amenities for the accommodation. I won't share the details but it will definitely be worth checking out. We've barely started our holiday here but already we know that we'll be back at some point. Edit after check out: tried to leave a tip for George's mum who cleans the rooms because we can be a bit messy and when we went to collect our bags I found the tip lying on top of the bags. Went to give it to George and they refused to accept it. If that doesn't say something then I don't know what does.

Amazing well designed apartment for 4 people, very comfortable beds (sofas and the double bed), best equipped with kitchen, all tools, dish-washer and coffee machine. Very warm atmosphere.
