Beds and pillows are very comfortable while the en suite bathroom provides a large walk in shower with good quality toiletries in large bottles! These’s a good Italian restaurant run by the very pleasant & efficient manager Vasko on site while an excellent and very generous breakfast is served in another well thought out area. I would add that the even reception staff of Goso & Mihail were incredibly helpful with suggestions on where to eat and then booking restaurants, while Bayazid managed the daytime reception, checking us out speedily with a happy smile which is always nice to see and makes a difference.

Great view from the balkony. The staff was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to the receptionist who helped me carry my staff and find the taxi on the last day. Amazing hotel,city and people.
