A big expresso machine (stocked with beans) came with the room!

So authentique, I felt in love with the decoration, location was 10/10 my room was with mountain view second floor I didn’t have appetit to get out of my room, spacious clean and the view from the balcony was amazing, the staff were super welcoming and helpful.

The property features garden and city views, and is 200 metres from Historical Ludwigstrasse. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. I really can't say enough great things about this property!! We were able to park directly behind the building, which was free and convenient. The unit was in a building with a little bio market below, which had delicious options to fill the kitchen. The apartment was the cleanest unit I have ever stayed in. Ever. I've never seen such a well-taken care of property! The floors in our bathroom were heated, which was lovely! The beds were comfortable...most comfortable sofa sleeper couch! The location was perfect, as well. Easy walk to the Christmas market location. Close to dining options and shopping. We highly recommend Taverna Hellas. The owner and staff were wonderful and the food was amazing. And last but not least, Johannes was so attentive and quick to help answer any questions. The arrival process was seamless and quick...we would love to stay at the same property when we travel back to Garmisch.

Incredible view for morning sunset in apartment facing east. It has been our second stay to enjoy the relaxing stay. The possibility to use a sauna is adding to the charm.
