We were breathtaken by our first glimpse of Traunsee from the property—it was like something out of a dream. Even though there was no staff on-site, the self-check-in and key pick-up were smooth. (At first, the quiet, empty hotel and peaceful surroundings gave us a bit of a thrill after our long drive!) The free minibar was a great touch, especially when no stores or restaurants were nearby. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, all beautifully arranged. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

This is a very clean and well equipped appartment located 5 minutes of walking from Trauensee. The main bedroom bed is super comfy- we had one of our best sleeps there. The host is very caring always asking whether we need anything. If you need a super well priced comfort by Trauensee, this is the place!

When we have arrived form a long trip we have been welcomed by Alex, excellent and friendly with necessary info regarding the parking, restaurants and facilities around. Exactly what you need when you just arrive. Then, breakfast was excellent served in a clean and cozy atmosphere. Greetings to Stefi and Michael, the owners / managers for maintaining everything at highest standard. The hotel is exactly what you need: perfectly placed, quiet, clean, comfortable, functional. I fully recommend this place for anyone who wants to explore the Austrian Lakes, as everything is 1 hour away by car and even this lake, Traunsee, has so many beauties to be discovered and explored. 10 out of 10 for us! Bonus: Cable Car is just behind the hotel.
