The hostel staff gave us complementary food when we arrived and were starving but didn't have enough time to go to dinner yet.

We were given an upgraded room upon arrival, with a bottle of champagne for welcome. The room was huge, including a bathtub, and very clean. The garden looked very nice, although we did not make use of it due to persistent rain. The hotel is also located very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back if we ever visit Innsbruck again.

Public parking is available at discounted rates at the Rathausgalerien car park (Adolf-Pichler-Platz 1), just 100 metres away. Various bus stops are in the surroundings, providing for easy access to the train station, the airport and the hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus. It was wonderful from the time I checked in until I checked out. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. Most importantly, I enjoyed statrting the day with a great breakfast.

I've stayed in quite a number of multi-star hotels in Europe, USA and Asia and I can say only few are on comparable level with their menu and atmosphere. I did enjoy a lot.
