Everything, place is flawless, the decor, the wellness and spa areas, the lake house & swimming/sun deck. The food in the restaurant & breakfast selection top class. Parking very easy, check-in also very easy. Advice: unless you have early checkin, it will be 3pm, so go straight to wellness as you really only have a 3-4 hr window before dinner, especially if you only staying for 1 night. It is not open till 11pm next morning on checkout.

The hotel is in a picturesque valley just next to the waterfall. We were invited to celebrate the New Year countdown at the balcony with fellow guests, with complimentary bubblies, and unforgettable fresh snow. The staff were simply superb. Very engaging, friendly - they really made us feel welcome. The bedrooms were all very nicely furnished, comfortable, with a great standard of linen, sheets, etc. The view across the street was very quaint. For those with sensitive hearing, please beware the church which is very close by. A lovely building oozing character, accompanied by bells around 6am - a good wake up call if you sleep with the window open! We also dined in the Gasthaus Rössle and the food was excellent. Again, great service with excellent cuisine.
