The hotel was amazing, we spend two days in very relax mood, it was like haven place, the staff was very helpful specially, Mr., Newark really he is very nice guy every time asking us if we need any help. The hotel was provide a lot of interesting activities like valley ball playing area, fire barbecue area, dancing area and swimming area. Really I am planning to come back soon to the same hotel in coming days and I am recommend the same hotel to my friends and other relatives. The location was absolutely perfect, offering complete privacy thanks to the private property on the shores of Lake Sevan. A peaceful seclusion, it was incredibly convenient. The cabin was well-equipped with everything we needed: clean bedding, a warm shower, heating, Wi-Fi, TV, and a cozy kitchen. A special thanks to the wonderful host, Mamikon, who welcomed us with warmth and care.

A great near-new hotel right in downtown Sevan. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed was by far the most comfortable of any of the hotel beds on our South Caucasus trip. The owner is a friendly and helpful chap, who is keen to let you taste the freshly brewed beer in the modern brewery downstairs, and get your opinion about it (it's unfiltered natural craft beer of high quality, very tasty; if you like it, you can buy the bottled beer at the factory shop next door). By the way, the hotel is built over the brewery, but otherwise fully separate from it. There are no smells or noises from the brewery at all. It's right in downtown Sevan, with a supermarket across the road and various shops, restaurants, ATMs at close walking distance. Lake Sevan is less than 15 minutes away by car. Overall a great hotel, probably the best hotel of our South Caucasus trip. Unreservedly recommended!

Great peaceful location, really authentic Armenian village, super_friendly and helpful owners. If you like agro-turismo and see the real country (like we do) - this is definitely your choice ! You can see rabbits, hens, cows, pigs, turkeys. Special thanx to the owners family - we have cooked our barbecue and also booked some local food from the owner - it was amazing! The visitors should definitely book local food from the owners! Also - 700m to the south from the village (5-th km of the main road toward south) - there is a nice "wild beach" on Sevan. Further to the south - on 18km - there is a maintained sandy beach with barbecue place and rest zones.
