I highly recommend very nice hosts, helpful, smiling, they helped me organize a cruise on the Shali River late in the evening for the next morning, not to mention the fact that they got up before 6 to make us breakfast for the trip, always interested in any help, delicious breakfasts, nearby nice garden with hammock and cats :)

The location is perfect (in the middle) for the Blue Eye and the Valbone Pass hikes. The lovely family prepares dinner upon request for €10, which is perfect after a day of walking. It was a little oasis with wonderful hosts!

Fantastic property! This Guesthouse really exceeded our expectations. From the warm welcome to the comfortable, clean and well furnished room, location and general ambiance, it was a pleasure to stay. And did I mention the food? We normally like to eat at various places whilst in a destination however, after dinner on the first night, we decided there and then that all meals would be at Gurra Guesthouse. The quality of the ingredients, standard of cooking, portions and presentation were fabulous. This is all underpinned by fantastic staff. Thank you Martin for a wonderful and unforgettable stay 😀

The accommodation facilities are comfortable and in a very good shape inside and outside, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the stunning natural landscapes surrounding the guesthouse. Highly recommended! Oborri Shkodran is in a perfect location, right in the pedestrian area of Shkodër, but they offer parking very nearby, which makes things super easy. The staff are truly exceptional – and I mean really kind. They helped us with everything: carrying luggage, giving local tips, arranging things we needed… always with a smile. Not everyone speaks English fluently, but they always do their best to help out. You really feel welcome here. The rooms are great – modern and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. We stayed in rooms 202 and 203, both had a small but handy balcony overlooking the peaceful garden. A nice detail. Breakfast is made on demand and was delicious. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant – the food was good, and the live music created a lovely atmosphere. I honestly can’t say enough about how helpful and warm the staff were throughout our stay. From the hotel, you’re just steps away from the lively pedestrian zone full of restaurants, bars, and shops. The photography museum is right across the street (though we found that a bit underwhelming – the hotel was the real highlight). All in all, a great experience. We’d definitely stay agai

We loved everything - the location, the apartments, the food. Everything was just amazing!!! The owners are very nice and lovely people and will do anything for you. Our son didn't want to go home. This was the best location of our trip to Albania. P.S. Don't stay here for too long, because Matilda cooks very tasty food, and it may affect your figure ;)
