I can only confirm this property's pros as in my previous review. In addition to this, I shall say that the management is excellent. Upon arrival, my luggage was inadvertently taken by another group heading out of the country. Well, the hotel manager did everything and more to retrieve it. It eventually drove halfway across the country to bring it back to me by the end of the day. I never saw such a commitment elsewhere!

Breakfast was fresh and varied, setting the right tone for the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tirana.

Check-in was smooth and helpful! They offered us a free upgrade (we didn't take it because the original location was more convenient for us) but appreciated the offer. We also liked having an outdoor space and kitchenette well stocked!
